Packaid is kicking off a new blog series spotlighting the bold ideas from our Elevate & Innovate Challenge — where Packaid teams turn packaging challenges into smarter, more sustainable solutions.
At Packaid, packaging is more than a product — it’s a solution. To foster new ways of thinking, we host the Elevate & Innovate Challenge, a quarterly event where teams across our facilities present ideas that make packaging smarter, leaner, and more effective.
The challenge brings together teams from our three regions:
- North – Faridabad
- South – Bengaluru and Coimbatore
- West – Vadodara and Sanand
Each team showcases projects shaped by real customer needs — from reworking structural designs for greater efficiency, to reducing materials, to optimizing logistics. The focus is always on creating solutions that cut costs, enhance performance, and make packaging a true strategic asset.
The outcomes are tangible. Concepts developed in the challenge often move quickly into practice, delivering measurable benefits like reduced freight costs, faster packing, and improved protection during transit. These successes are helping set new benchmarks across Packaid’s operations.
